Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree, Apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, experience in River Cruising is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German. Proficiency in French, Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
- Loyal, communicative personality with a confident manner.
- Structured and goal-oriented work approach.
- High level of personal commitment to tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficient in using Inside Sales systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Main tasks and responsibilities
As a Junior Inside Sales Manager at Scylla AG, you will be an integral part of our team, managing and supporting national and international charter customers from the contract’s conclusion to post-voyage processing. The role emphasizes close collaboration with tour operators, joint trip organization, and effective communication with Sales and Product departments.
- Provide excellent customer service to national and international charter customers.
- Facilitate trip preparation, support, and completion.
- Draft and manage charter contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain regular communication with hotel managers on board.
- Assist in accounting and other back-office processes.
