Your Key Responsibilities

Support cleaning, painting, and maintenance on deck -
Assist with mooring, gangways, and safety checks

Follow instructions from the Steersman and Captain

Help with luggage, supplies, and waste handling

Be polite and helpful to guests and crew
Your Profile

A passion for sailing and river cruise ships

Eager to learn, hard-working, and team-oriented

Proficient in spoken English; German is a plus

Ability to swim and being comfortable working on water

Ready to work outside in all weather
