Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the travel or cruise industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Main tasks and responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager at Scylla AG, you will have the following main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international key accounts, including travel agencies, tour operators, and other business partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market reach.
- Negotiate group and charter contracts, terms, and conditions with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales targets, and market analysis.
- Represent Scylla AG at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
