A bar manager is responsible for the entire bar area and the beverage storage. You ensure professional and friendly guest service and the professional serving and presentation of all F&B on board in accordance with Scylla standards. You also manage and train the bar crew, maintain daily briefings and train new crew members.
Your Profile
- Experience in F&B in a leading role
- Excellent management, organizational, inventory and decision-making skills
- Previous cruise ship experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership abilities and management skills
- The happiness of our guests is your main priority in compliance with our Scylla standards
- The well-being of your team is important to you: you are an empathic person, with great listening, training- and coaching skills.
- Good crosscultural communication skills
- Stress resistant and resilient
- Open minded and flexible attitude
- Professional attitude and appearance, reliable and hard-working

- Excellent English skills (written & verbal), other languages as German is an advantage
- Good physical condition (fit for duty)
